The common space is great, pool staff friendly.
The room needs an update, leaking tap and shower door didn’t close.

Posted 12 Jul 2015 on HotelsI stayed with my wife and 4 years old son. Room was Vary clean, but simple, I would say OK. Pool and entertainment areas were full of interesting things for my son, unfortunately it was raining all the time. I will come back in a sunny day.

Adequate but needs attention
Posted 9 Jul 2015 on HotelsThe hotel rooms are a bit sad and run down, in need of a complete makeover. My twin room had one glass only for drinking. The fridge was good as was the air conditioning. Front desk service is good. Dinner was fairly average, and the bar is poor. Breakfast was nothing special. The pool area looks very good, but the weather didn't allow me to use it on my visit.
The neighbourhood is poor, with nothing but a main road running past. the town of Pindamonhangaba boasts little to get excited about.
