"Hotel was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were stranded in San Juan for several days due to weather conditions caused our flight to be canceled. While we were here we interacted several times with staff and they were always pleasant and kept asking if we needed anything. Not too often you run into this. I highly recommend the Hyatt House to anybody wondering if they should stay here. "

From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after such a stressful situation. "This location and modern aesthetic cannot be beat in old San Juan. The staff is incredible and made our stay more memorable. With all the local things to do we forgot about the rooftop until our last night and that was a mistake the views are breathtaking. Don’t skip on this hotel if it’s available. Also their cafe has a great latte! A must if you’re staying in old San Juan. "
