Water flow through showers should be checked, and check in time should be quicker. Amenities like the bowling’s center, pool and playground are great. Continental breakfast was ok and staff were friendly.

The hotel is new. Frond desk was ok. The restaurant is too expensive for the bad service. The waitress give me the wrong order, also take to long. The continental breakfast good. The room nice but the tv is low quality with no apps like Netflix. Overall 5/10

The bathroom was dirty when checked in, the bed comforter has men hair or short hair on it. The bottom of the entrance of the door is to open and we had two roaches come in under the door. They are not all inclusive it’s only continental breakfast. The food is to expensive in the restaurant but the taste was good. We had no tv because cable was not working. You can use much of the facility because the locals take over. They were painting right next to our room and it took over the room I requested a change of room and never heard back

Bueno, pero esperaba mucho más para ser un hotel recién abierto! Mejoras en proceso que bloquean el acceso a algunos lugares y las puestas de la habitación no aíslan el sonido del exterior! Restaurante caro y poca calidad.

Bueno mi habitación estaba en cemento sin pintar, no teníamos papel higiénico en la habitación , la baranda de poner las cortinas en el baño estaba dañada, la manilla de abrir la ducha tambien estaba dañada y para el precio me parecieron cosas que deben mejorar mas si se supone que ea un hotel nuevo, el playground de los niños lo abren de 5 pm a 9 pm ese horario deberia cambiar a mas temprano para poder disfrutar mas los niños

Abrieron el hotel en proceso de construcción y los trabajadores comienzan bien temprano a trabajar lo que entorpece el descanso. No cuentan con elevador. Los cuartos no cuentan con caja de seguridad, lo cual es un problema. El personal parece estar aún bajo entrenamiento y no ofrece la mejor orientación. El desayuno continental fue uno pobre solo ofreciendo pan, jamón, mantequilla y avena, la máquina de café no funcionaba y antes de notar ese detalle hubo que esperar bastante para que buscaran los vasos porque tampoco habían dejado en reserva. En fin fue una terrible experiencia y no lo recomiendo. Fue muy molesto perder el tiempo y ver a mi pequeña molesta porque estaba muy aburrida.

Todo estaba limpio, estaban en mejorias y en arreglos de algunas areas, el staff amable y atentos. El desayuno continental no fue de nuestras expectativas, esperabamos algo más, como la proteína, había pan, cereales (cornflakes), avena y manzanas. El área de la piscina estubo limpia y espaciosa. En el área de niños, el joven que nos atendió muy servicial, comunicativo y atento. Los cuartos excelente, agua caliente, dos camas, agua caliente, closet, tabla de planchar, TV, Direct TV le funcionaba solo algunos canales, AC, toallas, nevera y cafetera. El bowling muy entretenida el área, música muy alta, tenía área de comida había pizza, Hot dos, nachos, popcorn y bebidas. La mejor piña colada es de ahí.
