This hotel is located in the center of cruise ship cheesy stores. It is very loud, though does enforce its quiet hours. Very clean and staff is very welcoming. It’s good for budget travelers…beyond that look for someone else.

Very centrally located, couldn’t have asked for a better location. Street was a little noisy on the Saturday at night but we didn’t mind, and it wasn’t as noisy the following night but just to be aware of. Would highly recommend this place if you want to explore all that old San Juan has to offer. We enjoyed walking to both Castillos, which were only a few minutes away. Felt very safe at night walking, plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops just feet away. The kitchen was very well stocked and as a family made cooking very easy.
