The mattress in my room was hard and I could even feel the springs. Caused me to keep waking up trying to find a comfortable sleeping position. My single room ended up costing just over $400 dollars per night. I think the place is overpriced.

Great location to most attractions! A good quiet and clean hotel to spend a week in London. Don't know about the breakfast as I didn't do that, but the staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent service. Nice quiet location. The beds were a little hard and I would suggest that guests get face wash clothes every day.

Extremely dirty and stained carpeting in room and hallway. Breakfast times are not the same every day. We prepaid for breakfasts for three days, but on the third day, Sunday, breakfast is later. We had to leave without breakfast because we had a train to catch. They refused to refund us for the breakfasts paid for but unable to stay for! Very unpleasant woman at the check-in desk… even a smile, would improve things.
