Started off be getting charged twice for the incidentals. A/C didn’t work much at all. At the lowest setting it was 75 at best in the room. Pool and hot tub are supposed to be over 21 after 5. Both nights after 8 the hot tub was full of kids 5-12. Rooms also have no view at all. Mine was in a dark corner and the window view was the side of a wall. Massive domestic fight happened at 1 in the morning. Called and no one did anything to resolve. The screaming and slamming doors went on till last 2am. Definitely won’t stay here again.

Every staff person we had contact with was friendly and helpful. The property was perfectly styled in the mid century look I LOVE!! The pool area was relaxing, and having the bar there was amazing!! We will definitely stay again!

What a fantastic hotel! I cannot tell you how happy I am with my stay there especially the restaurant and bar in the reception area and pool. The food is next level and is as good as any five star restaurant you can find. Highly highly highly recommended.

They’ve done a great job remodeling this hotel. The mattresses were very comfortable. The room could’ve been a bit cleaner. Especially the bathroom. Will consider staying here again.

We did love the location for this hotel. The parking is horrible though. It is very tight and only one way in and out without enough room to turn around if it is full. You have to back out and pray some rude person isn't behind you not wanting to back up. We also were supposed to get a complimentary drink upon arrival which we never received. We found this out on the last day there by another guest. The enforcement of no kids in the pool after 4 was never enforced.
The rooms were very clean and well stocked though. Very comfortable beds. No breakfast option available unless you want to go to their restaurant. We didn't care for the options they offered, so we found other local breakfast places.

Cons: I thought we acquired a room on the quiet side of the hotel until 4 in the morning when the garbage trucks arrived. The emptying of the dumpsters was so loud it woke us up from a sound sleep. This might have been tolerable but this happened 3 out of our 4 night stay! The room was clean but the coffee and creamer was not replenished and pool towels not replaced. The property is outdated. I would not stay again!
Pros: Its just across the street from the island. The hotel has adult only swim 5 to 10. The front desk staff is friendly!!
