The room was clean the beds comfortable. The location is very convenient to the area especially if you are going to Dollywood or Splash Park. I noticed several families with children there enjoying the outdoor pool.

The rooms are ver outdated paint chipping bathtub stained and dirty looking

Front desk staff was very rude , would not let us check in till 4 ( had 10 mins ) wirhout paying xtra 25.00 our room was very musty smelling and even had blood on walls .. but we were told no refunds
