I really wanted to be able to write a good review for this property. We got it for a great price however we waited to be checked in for quite some time without being acknowledged. We got to our room and it was extremely hot. We could not get the air conditioner on only to realize it was not plugged up. We tried to call the front desk and the phone was not plugged up. The sign at the front desk showed what items would be available for breakfast however, when we went to breakfast the next morning, several of those items were not available and the oatmeal could be cooked because the microwave was broken. The kids did enjoy the pool! But it does close at 10 o’clock and we arrived around 10 o’clock.

Parking was a little challenging, a little over-priced for what we got. Nothing special.

We were very impressed with the property, the rooms are clean, comfortable beds, and the staff is so sweet. Plus the location is perfect for anything you may want to do in Pigeon Forge while being far enough from the main road that you couldn’t hear the traffic.

The bed was horrible, they didn't clean our room the first day, and then when we ask for clean towels we was looked at like we were not being true fully about them not cleaning our room. I will never stay here again. Fire alarm went off at 5.30 am scared my grandson, how is 3 years old. The one lady thatvworked the mid day/ afternoon shift was not friendly at all.
