When we arrived at the property our checkin was fast and easy. Our room was nice and clean. Love tht they had several pool option and hot tub. The fire pit is amazing to see at night. My dislikes I dontt think the breakfast was worth 12.00 dollar plus and the my room need new pillows. Great stay despite those 2 things.

This was the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at. The rooms weren’t very clean and they were outdated. The mini fridge in our room made clicking noises all throughout the night. The doors to the rooms were very loud and you could hear all your neighbors going in and out all day/ night long. On day 2 we came back and our keycards no longer worked. We went to the front desk and the lady was on her phone FaceTiming someone. She did give us a new room key but did not apologize for the inconvenience and went back to her phone conversation. Room service comes every other day and there are no “do not disturb” door signs to opt out of it. We left at 545am and there were no luggage carts left to bring out items downstairs on. For the price of this hotel I expected more- I unfortunately could not recommend this Hilton, and I have stayed at many other Hilton properties before. Truly disappointing and I will not be returning.

Our stay was actually a gift from son & family for a festival in the area. We had a wonderful time & exceptional lodging.Will recomend to friends visiting the area.
