Staff was excellent is every way, housekeeping kept our beds made up and gave us plenty of towels for the stay. Pool was great and arcade was fun too. Fireplaces were an added benefit, great for cool mornings and evenings. Starbucks rught inside the hotel. What more could u want

The chlorine In the pool was way too high, we all had blisters all over us, & chemical burn. But otherwise it was great

However, it seems our pool had a bit too much "personality" this time around. We aim for refreshing, not reenacting a scene from a mad scientist's lab. Rest assured, we're diving into the matter to ensure our pool's chemistry is more welcoming and less "sci-fi."
