I just finished a three night stay and I really disliked this property, it was in poor condition. The sidewalk was falling apart, the siding was coming off the building, and there was trash all over the parking lot and rolled up carpets were thrown in the bushes. It was just very run down in general. Also the complimentary breakfast was subpar. The pastries were stale every day. Also there was no fruit and there was no real coffee. I will not stay here again.

was close to entrance to smokey mountains and far enough away from car show which I did not know was going on so a win win for us and clean place with nice staff

The suite was large and clean Housekeeping was excellent. Front desk did check us in early but we did have to wait @15 minutes for him to get off the cell phone. Parking is behind the building. Sidewalk leaving the lobby to the parkling lot nds major repair up front. Sofa sleeper in room needs replacement - as you sit on it and it keeps going downdown.in ro fi

Spider in the tub and large dead bug by tv stand. Other than that, great! Location is great and staff is great!

The room was great--spacious and had a kitchenette. It was very nice having a free breakfast each morning of the stay. VERY conveniently located for all attractions we visited.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was easy to access
I reported a VERY loose toilet lid as soon as we checked in and it was never addressed.

Thank you for a great stay! The room and lobby were very clean. The breakfast was perfect for a quick bite before getting out for the day. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Will be staying here again!
