The only reason I am giving a three star overall, is because even though it is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, My neighbours was smoking cigarettes in his room repeatedly and even after I notified the staff, it continued.

I cannot say enough about how absolutely fantastic Jean-Sebastian was! He has got to be the sweetest, most helpful person I have encountered while traveling. We looked forward to coming back to the hotel each day just to chat with him. He gave us great tips, kept us safe and provided perfect directions. The man was so genuinely good hearted, fun and a real pleasure to have met. He should be the gold standard for how any organization would want an employee to interact with customers.

Great hotel if you’re interested in night life, for adults only, strip clubs all around the building, restaurants. Staff is always pretty friendly and professional. The hotel itself is great, the area around it seems very sketchy and unsafe specially a night, wouldn’t recommend bringing your family and kids

Property was okay and close to the metro. Shower head was really dirty and covered in limescale. Paint was peeling from the walls and curtains were filthy. Can be very noisy at night even when the windows are shut.

Service was exceptional. At the front desk we primarily dealt with Andrew and he was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom functional. Locational was central. Numerous restaurants, bakeries, et al within walking distance. Moulin Rouge was a 1 min walk. The only negatives, the toilet paper was coarse and we had to open the window for air, the room was warm and a/c wasn’t functional. We would stay here again.
