Great central location, clean rooms and excellent restaurant

Tried to check in at 3 pm and was told room not ready until 6pm. Because I was a single guest multiple guest rooms got priority.
That was disappointing after a very long drive but the male receptionists total lack of interest and dismissive attitude was the problem. Nothing could be done.
I asked if I could speak to the Manager but he said no one was available .
So I prepared for a long wait in theTV lounge.
Fortunately within 10 minutes a very helpful lady appeared and showed to my room , but unfortunately the damage was done.
