My ferry was 5 hours late so I didn't arrive at the motet until 4.30am. They wouldn't give me a late check out until midday day which I thought wasn't very accommodating.

We informed you at that time that our check-out policy is at 10 am, and regrettably, we could not be able to accommodate a late check-out.While we understand that you did not arrive at the motel until 4:30 am, we cannot be held accountable for this delay. However, we appreciate that you adhered to the check-out time and departed well before 10 am.Our responsibility is to ensure that all our units are cleaned to a high standard and are available for guests to check-in at the agreed time. This commitment sometimes makes it difficult to offer late check-outs.Thank you for your understanding.

Conveniently located, super clean and sensibly priced. Owner Quinton is a nice guy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Good stay. Friendly staff and clean with a good shower. Bed a bit firm for me but i know thats very much personal preference

Really liked the new bathroom. Would like to have a blanket in room as I find duvets way too hot for me and the beds were hard. We all had sore backs in the morning.

Nice , clean, convenient. Nice owners . I highly recommend this motel if you are staying in Picton.
