Staff was very attentive and helpful. Walking distance from everywhere we wanted to visit.

Trying to recoup money. Reserved through Expedia but was not allowed to stay without paying for taxi and room because night clerk has no computer to verify reservation.They arrived late but had a reservation which he was shown but he refused to accept. I am furious. My daughter and aunt was tired and treated poorly. Be careful with after 8pm arrivals.

Hi thank you for your comment. Please contact expedia for you refund. We have have look into the issue and the booking was not received at closed off for night shift print out. But after expedia will call us for okay to refund

The place was beautiful service was excellent and the best part about it is the shuttle service very convenient

Review to help others understand the Hotel and star ratings. I read a lot of reviews and I hope I can provide a little clarity. We stayed overnight simply to catch a flight the next day. When we landed and cleared customs there was a gentleman in a white shirt as soon as you exit who asks if you want a taxi. Tell the gentleman you are staying at the “Grand Diamond Hotel” he will walk you outside and get you your complimentary taxi. It’s about a 5 minute drive to Hotel. When we arrived the manager was at the front desk waiting for us. (We arrived at 1am) and he paid the Taxi. All the staff was very friendly, the rooms are perfectly fine, spacious, good beds, fridge with bottled water and a nice shower. The manager asked when we wanted to check out as they said there was flexibility, they arranged taxi back to airport the next day complimentary. We were here for a quick stay but this is an excellent option if you are wanting to stay close to the airport. No concerns at all with safety, overall excellent experience.

The restaurant food was great. This was my second stay and the food and service were good both times. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to be near the airport.

There were tiny ant like bugs all over the room, the base boards were filthy...had to take meds in irder to sleep
