"Rooms are small and lack storage space but have everything you could want, microwave, TV etc. Clean and tidy with very helpful and friendly staff, though the Roku TV takes a bit of getting used to."

"The only difference between my room at YOTEL and a much pricier one is square footage. But who needs it? It had amenities to make me feel pampered, thoughtful layout, high-end fixtures, double shades, comfortable bed. The room was super clean and quiet. The hotel location was within 5 minutes of the places I was going and access to public transportation was practically at the front door. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. The building itself is historic and got through the earthquakes of 1906 and 1989 damage-free due to the 2.5-foot-thick walls, not a bad safety feature. My thanks to the people who conceived, designed, built, and maintain the YOTEL notion."
