"This is a very modern and stylish hotel, located near a major crossing from the Loop to the Magnificent Mile and a straight walk to the West Loop. In other words, a great place to stay if you like to walk—and Chicago is a truly great walking city. The service is exceptional—very nice staff and great technology that is not just clever, but it works reliably. The lobby and bar are decorated with great primary colors and has a capacious bar/breakfast space, an outdoor terrace and a living room. The individual hotel rooms are simple, but very nice.
Breakfast buffet was outstanding in general, but also with terrific service and a very reasonable price. "
"Nice and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to bus stop (bus 20) takes you to Magnificent Mile, The Bean…and bus 8 took us right to Rate field for a White Sox game. Just blocks down from Randolph Ave… lots of fun outdoor eateries!!
Only recommendation- don’t take a room next to elevator because you’ll hear it go up and down ALL night long."
"Very nice hotel, service was excellent and so was the room . Very comfortable and clean. Ordered food from restaurant, it was delivered promptly and hot, it was delicious, but pricey. The location was perfect to where I needed to go, and a lot of things to do; too bad I didn’t have the time. "
