I liked that you had to use your room key to enter the hotel after hours, it made me feel safer. They had mostly everything you can use for the shower/bathroom already. In my opinion I had a good view especially knowing The building In front of my window was in the transformers movie !!!

Reception staff and concierge were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast staff need some training.They were somewhat impatient. The hotel location is great within easy walking distance to shopping and sites.

The door man remembers us every time we arrive and is a big part of why we choose the property. It appears they have taken away the coffee service in the mornings and we always appreciated the wine happy hour, which they have stopped. But it is a great property and the staff make all the difference.
