"Room was really old and dated - needs a full remodel. Location is great, right next to Millenium Park. Bar area is big and a good spot to hang out. Room, though, really needs work. "

"My room was clean and it smell good. The staff was very helpful. I didn’t eat breakfast there but it’s a breakfast spot within walking distance of hotel. Activities and millennium Park to see The Bean was a 20 minute walk. I would definitely stay there again. "

"The pub below was nice to have and the rooms were clean. They were able to hold our bags for us when we got there and when we left with no extra charge. Our room was ready when we got there thanks to the online checking in. Check out was easy and there was almost always someone at the front desk. The only thing I didn’t like was no exhaust in the bathroom so it made the room hot, but we just turned the temp down."
