This is a great place to stay if you have an early flight. The hotel was quiet, clean, and economical. The shuttle worked great and we were many places to eat of grab travel supplies within walking distance. This is a great basic hotel that gets the job done perfectly.

The hotel room was clean and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and helpful. We asked the front desk person if they could print out our parking pass for our concert and he was more than happy to help us. I would totally recommend this hotel to stay in friendly staff. They all smiled as we entered and left the building.

The handicapped room was well maintained, easily accessible, there were many options for breakfast, the most popular were the waffles. Coffee, juice, cereal, standard continental breakfast with a large area to eat. We were visiting family so didn’t eat the food, but had the coffee, which was ok. Katrina was very helpful when I called before we checked in with a question regarding our room. Close to the airport. I would stay here again.

Staff was informative, and polite. Room was clean and cozy. A bit small, but cozy and delightful. Microwave and refrigerator in my room. That was a plus as I am a flight attendant and travel with my own food bag. It was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was lovely. I never expected that at a Sleep Inn. Very nice experience. It was ok ok stay on this hotel, supporting staff is very professional and helpful, breakfast was good, but this property needs improvement, like room carpet was sticking, phone service was not operational, bathroom door lock was not working, and if you are staying on the property for more than a day and you need room service then you need to personally go to reception counter and inform them which was kind of weird.

The Room was very clean and comfortable it came with free breakfast but I checked out before breakfast because of my early flight but it's close to many reasturants, the mall and midway airport the only negative thing is you can hear all the noise from the traffic.

Our room was small, but perfect for the 2 of us. Breakfast was good for my husband, but I am gluten free and there weren’t many options. Our room had been renovated in some ways, but still needs some cosmetic/minor fixes. The airport shuttle was fantastic and the staff were all very helpful and kind. We are actually going back with our family in July.
