Doug the general manager was so nice and very helpful. We wanted to check in earlier and he accommodated us.
The other front desk persons we connected to were also very helpful and kind. Our room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. If you are a person that requires the least noise for sleeping, then ask for a room facing the side street or pool side. The front street is very noisy with traffic.
We would visit this hotel again.

Nice hotel. Loved the location. Our studio room was small, but it had everything we needed. We will stay there again.

The rooms are quite nice and clean and spacious, big bathroom and super comfy bed. Staff was very nice. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

They cancelled my reservation 2 days before arrival. I ended up staying elswhere in Scottsdale, thanks to Expedia finding an alternative. I think they overbooked and I lost that lottery. I won't try to stay with them again.
