In my particular room, the bathroom set up was challenging. The toilet and the shower are in the same area. You have to smash yourself against the shower door to close the bathroom door, barely clearing the toilet.
The room could have been cleaner. The inside of the microwave was dirty and the outside of the door had dirty hand prints on it. The shelving in the bathroom was dusty as well.
Had to ask each night for additional towels as the ones used were not replaced with the same amount taken by cleaning staff.
Check in was easy. Staff very friendly. Took the shuttle to a local restaurant for dinner. Driver very nice and informative about the city. The location of the hotel is great.
Did not have the opportunity to use the pools or spa.

The room 3003 was a standard hotel type room. Dark and dreary. Beds were not comfortable. Restaurant on sight was good not great. Staff everywhere were excellent. Pool area was excellent. Pool bar was excellent. Would probably not stay here again. The amenities did not match the cost.
