The property is new construction and decorated nicely. It’s close to dining and shopping.

Excellent property to share a space with friends or family. Excellent amenities. Coffee machine in the lobby. Great common room, pool and office space. Only concern was check-in and check-out. First, the pre-check-in was a major pain, you have to send a copy of your ID, etc. I was sharing with a friend and she could never complete her check-in for some reason (I called several times) and she was the one to check-in first, so it was important she could get the codes and everything. When I checked in, I requested a second key card for the door. We are two adults and not going to be glued together all the time so, need two cards, makes sense for a two bedroom apartment... And I was told I had to pay for it ? After I prodded a bit they told me it was just a deposit, and then changed the amount from 100$ to 150$. Hmmm. There was no-one at the front desk when we checked out (that's the time the person chose to do their rounds apparently, right when everybody is actually leaving), so I took pictures of the TWO key cards left on the desk to ensure I would not be charged. The person showed back as I was waiting for my ride... Other than this... excellent stay.

Resort fee and parking $$ was a surprise. Bathroom floor had not been cleaned.

The property itself was very nice. The units are very modern and I loved the access to the pool area and court yard. What I didn't like was the lack of supplies in the unit. We booked for a week and I would have expected to have enough basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, tissues for that week. We could request online but it would only allow us to request 1 item at a time. Also, the kitchen supplies were next to nothing. No dish cloths, tea towels, a very small bottle of dish soap. We choose a condo so that we could cook our meals to save on costs but it was difficult without having the proper utensils. Another issue I had was when we were in the party room, we were very respectful for noise for the units around but still was asked to shut it down at 10 p.m. We're on vacation! Unless we're making a huge ruckus, I don't see what the issue is. Same with the courtyard. We were very quiet and respectful and were told we had to go back to our units like we were kids. As much as I liked the building itself, I doubt that I would stay there again.

Cute unit with everything I needed. Very comfortable. I had issues getting checked in remotely and was trying to get help via text. I could not access any help by phone. The additional parking fee and app I needed to install in order to purchase parking (for $25/night!) was a real hassle. It would be so much better to just include it in the price up front. The person at the desk when I arrived (which I didn't realize would be there) was really helpful. The people who were texting me when I was trying to sort out the parking, check in, etc., were not very helpful, which was pretty frustrating. Could definitely use some improvements with customer service.
