We absolutely love this building and the amenities. The location is perfect. We have stayed here before in a different unit and it was much better kept. This unit had a mechanical room on the other side that made incredibly loud and scary noises. The first night we thought something was seriously wrong, or that someone was trying to break in until we figured it out. The noise is consistent throughout day and night. The dryer is going to break any day now, we took a video before pulling our clothes out as it was screeching. This particular unit was not very clean, foot prints on the floor, water stains all over shower and wipe marks on cabinets and fridge. The space also needs some maintence especially around and in the showers.
We will absolutely return to this complex but will be sure not to book this unit again.

Perfect location and a great overall property. You have to follow the entry instructions carefully (they have pictures and tons of detail). Paring description was only area of confusion but we did figure it out quickly. Great communication.

The apartment and whole complex was beautiful and quiet! The apartment was clean and spacious for two of hs and equipped with everything we needed. Looking forward to going back!

Great modern and well-kept property. Definitely value for money with 2 large bedrooms and 2 BR. Getting there by Uber was however a challenge as the official address is on the other side of the actual entrance. Be sure to read the directions carefully before you hop onto your cab.

Posted 19 Mar 2024 on HotelsWe travel extensively and pay attention to reviews before booking. I also read about the amenities to make sure we are getting what we need on our trip.
I had asked for an early checkin and got a notification that it wasn’t possible. Therefore, we did not rush to get there. As we were half way to AZ, we had a new notification that we could have an early check in. By that time we ended up hitting a lot of traffic and wouldn’t get there for an early check in.
Once upon arrival it was incredibly hard finding your location, because there was NO sign outside (as pictured on the virtual concierge)
We drove around for over 40 minutes trying to find the entrance and where to check in. I had issues getting into the door with the code given, which took another 15-20 min before someone that lived there came out. They let us in and wasn’t sure where we were supposed to go.
Having to go up 2 elevators wasn’t very clear on the directions, especially with the fact we were still unsure which door to go through. The second door that led us up to the room gave us an error on the code as well. I again was let in by another person that lived there.
Once I got the keys and we found the parking spot to park in, it wasn’t clear to where the room was from the elevator. We had so many things to bring up, and was on the other side of the property dragging luggage everywhere. The property is nice but not worth the irritation or hassle trying to check in and out —

Had an amazing stay here, very impressed. Would definitely stay here again. Great experience, lots of space in the unit and pool /gym amenities were very nice. Clean and quiet building

Outstanding from before my arrival until checkout! Highly recommend. Only issue that is difficult is parking. Maybe I did something wrong out of ignorance, but the garage is gated, and only a handful of “Guest” parking spots (maybe 8). Had to park across the street and got a warning ticket for doing so. But the place is top notch and far above my expectations.
