The property is in a good area for restaurants, shopping and is a great central area for going to Tempe, Scottsdale, ASU etc.

The beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was great, especially the waffles.

Was very noisy. Bright blinking lights from smoke detector. Beds weren’t very comfortable. Room was dirty. Shower was old.

Stayed 4-nights and found this facility clean, secure, and conveniently located near shopping, and restaurants. Parking was great and staff was warm and helpful; being reasonably priced. It was what I always look for!

The hotel was full of bikers who rode loud motorcycles through the parking lot until 3AM. It was impossible to sleep.
