The new general manager was very helpful. Her name began with the letter A and she was about 30 years old with hair. She let me check in early: I was pretty sick and appreciated her kindness. Gabriel was often short with me and got upset every time I asked for a new card because mine got demagnetized. I asked 4 times in 14 days. He even snapped and asked me when I was leaving after about a week. It was unnecessary and rude. I have stayed at this hotel for almost 16 springs in a row and didn’t appreciate him

Very upset that the cleaning crew supervisor opened the room door when we had the “do not disturb“ sign hanging and without 1st knocking. She then stood there and asked, if we have a late check out. Even if it was 5 minutes before checkout, I think this was very rude. My husband had just put on his boxer when she opened the door. My husband informed one of the managers at the front door and felt that he was ignored and she didn’t care what had happened. About an hour after being rushed out of room I realized I forgot my wallet in the room. The staff didn't bother to do a courtesy call to let me know. When we went back they already had it at the front desk, so why not call me so I don’t drive miles away and then have to drive back. If I hadn’t made a stop at store I wouldn’t have notice till I drove all the way back home to CA. Really upsetting

I do apologize for your experience. Housekeeping does start walking rooms about 30 minutes prior to check out as a large majority of guests leave without coming to the front desk. We have a limited amount of time to get rooms ready for the next round of check ins. As far as the wallet is concerned I am sorry that someone did phone you earlier.
