Tv didn’t work and the floors were dirty. Outside there was a bunch of trash in the parking lot, and a 6 pack of empty beer cans in the bushes right out front

First of all when I entered my information into Expedia I asked for two nights. Second the place is a Nongovernmental organization because everyone there were illegal aliens paid for by our tax dollars. The place was filthy, noisy from the partying, the TV did not work and I reported it was not fixed. No complimentary soap or shampoo in the bathroom. The room its self was okay and cleaner than the hallways. I made my reservation on Expedia for two nights with my credit card. At check in the clerk at the desk confirmed we were there for two nights. The next day I got a call from the front desk asking if we were checking out. Surprised, I said we’re here for two nights and he said no, so I asked how much for the second night, it was $130.00 we declined and left. I checked my reservation through the Expedia website and it says two night stay, what a scam.

Unsafe and they did not answer the door to let me check in nor did they have my reservation booked on file from Expedia so please refund me immediately

Room wasn’t the cleanest. Found 4 roaches in the bathroom. No hair dryer or shampoo / conditioner already in room called FD twice to request some but the line just rang and rang. Only one elevator so there is a bit of a wait. Felt rushed checking out because 2 seperate workers came to knock on door to ask if we got extended when it was only 1030 and checkout is 11am. Marie at the FD was very nice however. Her customer service was very attentive.

I did not like anything really about this hotel. It was a very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody to stay in. The air conditioner is too loud.The water pressure sucks.The elevator smells like Natural gas was leaking, we only received one towel for two people, no soap to at least wash my hands , no one was there to check out and give me keys too like i was asked to so i had to Slide the keys under their retractable window.

This place is disgusting. Front desk girl was nice, that’s about it. Smelled like a sewer and marijuana. Dead bugs, no shampoo, hair on counter…. I didn’t even want to set my luggage on the floor. I’d like a refund!

Pictures dont resemble what you’re staying in. Walls are paper thin can hear everything going on everywhere. Terrible beds and pillows . I won’t be going back to an extended stay
