Bed bugs!!!
Posted 12 Jan 2023 on HotelsThis place is absolutely horrible! We stayed here for one night and the next morning I had bed bug bites all over me. We found bed bugs and brought them to the front desk. I asked if they had a bed bug problem and he looked at me and said why. I handed him over the napkin with the bed bugs in it and he told me a manager would call. I never received a call back. Called them for 3 days and they kept giving me the run around and told me the main manager was not there but would call me. Never received a call to this day. Do not stay there!

Quick overnight stay on our way elsewhere after arriving in Phoenix. Rooms were dated but clean & beds comfy. Staff friendly and the price was right. I would book again.

This hotel was part of a package from Travelocity. It was for 3 nights. On the 2nd day I received an email stating that the government was taking over the property the next day and I would have to vacate my room a day early. I received no money back and had to find another hotel for my last night. Nobody has assisted me on getting my money back.
