I have always been a Doubletree fan whether traveling with my company or just with my wife for vacation and they have always exceeded expectations. I’m am disappointed to report that this 5 day stay was I believe well below Hilton standards. I’ll start with saying that the grounds were beautiful and well groomed. The room we stayed in (4102) was the opposite. When asked we requested daily housekeeping. The showed up three out of the 5 days and I messaged via Hilton Honors to request they come. The beds were made but that was it, no replenishment of coffee or bath items. The air conditioning was almost nonexistent. We kept it at 60 and the room barely cooled off. I requested a fan from housekeeping which took two days and two reminders to receive. Anyway I think you get the point. Hilton Doubletree you’re better than this.

Nice facility and setting. Good location to very nice restaurants and downtown Scottsdale. Customer services could improve.
