First time at this property. Booked it because of early morning flight out of Mesa Gateway. Because shuttle does not start until 5am, it will be tight to make our connection. Everything else is very good.

Air con was dead, but they quickly swapped out our room. It’s 102 temp here. Great service.

The hotel was fine, easy parking, nice room, good food. But was made this stay exceptional was the staff. From the front desk to servers to maintenance staff to maid service, everyone was genuinely friendly, concerned about our stay and needs, and just great people.

Room was not cleaned for three days no change of towels , sheets,cups, water Nothing
