The staff is great! The shower water smelled a bit moldy and the road noise was loud but overall not a bad experience.

Rooms were not clean and people and staff are smoking rright outside the door, staff was fine and breakfast was great, needs some work in housekeeping

Everything at the property was good but not great. The room was good but not great. Staff was good but not great. Breakfast was good. The pool area was OK. It was kind of hard to access. I got a rash on my legs after being in the hot tub and I’m not sure what caused it

Had an issue with my card on file with a fraudulent transaction and was frozen until I could contact the card company. The hotel tried to run my card before I go checked in and it was declined due to the recent activity. Instead of trying to call me and let me use a different card they just cancelled my room. Poor customer service if you ask me.

Close drive to Scottsdale. Our room was right next to the pool so it was a little noisy. Front desk staff was nice and the continental breakfast was good.

Nice clean rooms. Easy check in. Clean. Good strong showers.
Phone didnt work, When I went to office, they said they were working on it.
