There was no free breakfast provided as advertised. Otherwise it was a good stay. The pool is very nice.

Posted 18 Feb 2020 on HotelsThe first night at this hotel they gave me a horrible room full of bedbugs (I killed 10 of them), very dirty, the water bottles were already opened, no window, I asked to change the room and the second room was actually decent, pretty big and clean, so I advise to check the room first

Had a problem getting to Phnom Penh;- Emirates airlines would say 'an at of god' told Queen wood hotel i would be 1 or 2 days late. When i arrived for 3rd night booked and paid for; they insisted i had to pay again and had lost my original booking. This was for $25 which i paid cash

Swimming pool is open 24/7 and it’s amazing, staff especially receptionist provide all what you need or give you advise about your needs, full recommendation to future tourists
