This is a very modern property. The apartments have nearly everything you need. Except, cutlery, tea towel, dishwashing detergent and toilet paper! We were constantly asking for toilet paper. None of the house keeping staff could speak English. It was very frustrating. Considering there were English speaking guests, there should be a couple of HK staff that can speak English. This would help a great deal. The Chef needs to know how to make toast. If you are putting toast on the menu, then you need to know what that is. Toast is NOT bread. And you need butter. After asking many times for butter, no one seem to know what it was. There is a washer/ dryer in the bathroom. The washer works great. But the dryer only makes thing damp. It doesn't dry anything. The Manager was speaking to my travel mate, asking him to do a good review of the hotel. He did even acknowledge me until my friend told him it was me that does the reviews. Then I had his full attention. And yet when a group of Chinese men turned up for their stay, he was all over them to please them. We were sent our breakfast in a plastic tray instead of a plate because these men were eating in the restaurant. The manager definitely favored the Chinese. Nicki, the receptionist was the life saver of the Apartments. She was promoted to supervisor on the day we left. Rightfully so too! She couldn't do enough to make our stay a good one. She should actually be the Manager. She doesn't favor race. Always smiling.

This hotel is more like a condo more than your typical hotel. The anmeneties include kitchen, washer dryer machine, balconies and much more. The only place we keep going back to when we stay in Phnom Penh.

Property is clean and nice. No extra plates but there were cups for coffee in the morning. Check in was easy and using the transportation from the airport is highly recommended. Driver mey us at the exit of luggage claim and led us well to the vehicle. Traffic was bad but our driver was patient and we were able to look around during the drive.

This new residence is well-maintained and very clean. A superb place to stay located in Toul Kork area except that I had to encounter a flying cockroach in the room....
