Dear Martha/Richard,You came in on the 2nd and left on the 3rd saying you had a family emergency. You never complained about anything. Infact the rooms are newer than the picture you see online. Thank you for your business.

This is not a property that a company like Expedia should be listing. It is a laundry place with rooms for rent. I am aware of what a motel is however I imaged that for a price of 100 per night it would be more like a hotel. I was wrong! This an terrible place. I booked for 8 days for about 1000 dollars but got out as soon as I could after 3 days. No receipt for the payment adjustment however happy to leave did not feel safe here. I just received a 450 credit on my card but still 500 for 3 nights in a place I would not pay a dime for is outrageous. Please look carefully at this place Expedia should not list anything like this.

While we understand your early departure due to work concluding sooner than expected (as per your conversation, you mentioned that your job was done in 2 days, and you stayed an additional night because you didn't get the flight for an earlier date). We are still wondering that, why you did not mention to us while you checked out with us. We always advice our guest to bring any of your issues to the front desk, instead of going online, which will help both of us. Since this is a major intersection, our place is always patrolled and is very secured to stay here. As per our policy you checked out late, and we have to charge an additional day. We gave you a very nice room, it seems you are aggravated with something else, and you are showing it on us.  We appreciate your time.

Bathroom sink drained a bit slow and the snack vending machine needs to be fixed but other than that, very comfortable and overall great stay!

Dirty. Curtains didn’t close all the way. Metal bed springs Berry noisey. No wi-fi. Phone in room didn’t work you could call front desk. Large garbage pile near door to get in to hotel. Door didn’t luck at entrance Towels very rough. Had to give a 100 security deposit. On top of the 40 charge for dog

If you had, our front desk staff would have been more than happy to accommodate. We do have access to free Wi-Fi for all guests. We are in the middle of renovations, so please bear with us. The "garbage pile" you saw was likely materials in use for said renovations. The 20 pet fee per pet per night is necessary to allow us to accommodate all of our guests, as well as your companions. We hope you understand and we appreciate your feedback.

Always a good experience staying there! The upgraded renovation is fantastic! The dressers can use some upgrading but thats not a big deal. Its comfortable and the balcony is an added cozy touch!

The hotel has construction going on, and the building needs updates. Carpet in hall way needs replaceing , and wall paper peeling in the room.
