We took our friend to the hotel and he had no hot water in his room. Otherwise that I love the hotel as our 1st night in St Marteen before our timeshare starts on Saturday.

Meticulously clean and well run hotel with extremely friendly and accommodating staff in a local's neighborhood, outside of tourist area.

I appreciated the spot but you definitely need transportation wherever you stay on St Maarten. The service was ok but there is always room for improvement
