The room was shabby and very dark. The staff including John at the reception area and Paige the daytime manager were very nice.

We absolutely loved this property. It was so cute and cozy. The staff was very helpful and kind. The area was safe and easy to walk one block to Rittenhouse Square which was lovely. The restaurants and stores on Walnut Street which was one block over were great. I truly hope we get to return :)

The Franklin on Rittenhouse was beautiful and clean. My boyfriend and I came after a late Phillies game and had an easy, friendly check in with Paige and her pup Addison. The room was great and the place was quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

A very unique hotel in an incredible area of Philadelphia. Very friendly staff and the cool speakeasy downstairs is worth making a reservation for. My wife and I had an amazing time! Can’t wait to come back!
