It turns out that this is an extended stay hotel with individuals as long term residents. Upon arrival, you are told that there is no room cleaning for 7 days. If you want a new towel during the 7 days, you need to bring your towel to the front desk to get a new one. There is no trash pickup. Was told "you can set it outside the door and we will see if we can pick it up sometime". Even though it is a long term stay location and you can assume that the individuals are paying a set amount for the long stay, my price jumped $100 from Thursday to Friday. This is not a hotel! This is not a place that you receive services for the price that you are charged. Would definitely not recommend this "hotel"!

Paint peeling in the bathroom, toilet seat falling off, the trash was overflowing in the trash cans by the elevator.

It was close to destination. Suites can have bedrooms and kitchens. Roaches on floor in room kitchen. toilets in Hotel didn’t work for a day, potholes throughout parking/driving area. People live in the hotel full time and roam around acting sus. 2nd floor smells like a skunk. Bathroom shower heads were filthy and walls dirty. Kitchen dishes were already dirty and needed washed again before use. The lobby staff were friendly and helpful. The staff elsewhere throughout hotel seemed to be more focused on cell phone conversations and blaze breaks instead of quality work.. a few employees more than likely have to carry the weight of the entire staff… I visit area same time every year. Although the hotel isn’t bad but I will consider other options in area next year.

Having traveled a number of times, when I arrived early to a destination if the room was vacant and cleaned we were able to check into our room. The woman at the front desk was terse in saying “check in is 3”. Although breakfast is included, the food was more than half empty an hour before time was up. I asked Same woman at the desk for cream for coffee was told to ask the kitchen staff. I had already looked and waited for the staff. Again she was short in her response. The location was convenient to Pennhurst and clean. Just wasn’t feeling welcomed by the front desk woman.

I felt as comfortable as if I was home. Every question I had was answered with professionalism, speed, and respect. They went over and above my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone visiting the area. The only thing that would have made my stay better would be that Outback had opened for lunch, but that isn't the hotel's prerogative. I would definitely stay there again.
