The price was reasonable, but there were several shortcomings in our room (#232). There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. A roll of toilet paper was placed on top of the toilet tank. Soap was provided but there was no shampoo. The bathroom door has a large wooden patch on the outside and several damages on the inside. There was only one chair in the room which was placed under the desk. A bath towel and wash rag were provided but there were no hand towels. The room was reasonably clean and no smell if smoke.

Not enough towels, no blankets, uncovered electrical outlet above tv, no toiletries, no coffee maker

Booked a stay here around 12AM, drove 2 hours here & when I arrived the hotel employee on shift told me there was no record of my booking. I showed him my reservation and still told me there were no room’s available and that there was nothing he can do. I spent almost an hour looking for somewhere to stay & when I did I spent $350 on a room I was only sleeping in for 8 hours since checkout was at 11. Tried getting my money back through the third party I booked through and this hotel lied and said I arrived after 3 which was False and made the process of refund even harder. I’d sleep in my car before I ever book with this hotel again stay away!

The man at the front desk needs to explain the motel policies a little more clearer I paid for my room and because of some living policy I had to check out I'm disabled and in a wheelchair and on oxygen and they still put me out in the street I do not recommend this motel 6 to anyone poor management
