The checkin was not pleasant. For the first time, the room wasn’t ready at the designated 3pm. We came and tried to check in early and were told to wait. They couldn’t give any estimate on when the room would be ready. The support staff worked really hard but it wasn’t ready until 3:30. Not too late, however was surprised that they didn’t seem too concerned and were like we will let you in when it is ready. Not happy and not professional. The second person at the desk was more helpful and tried helping.

This is the perfect location - central to the turnpike & Roosevelt Blvd & Rt 95 - it was beautiful and clean - a wonderful stay!!

The hotel was convenient for my business trips. The desk staff were professional and accommodating. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Good pillows. Breakfast was good.
