I came to check in and no one was at the desk. I called the hotel twice and no one answered . After 10 minutes, I stepped behind the desk to see if anyone had left a note. The front desk clerk appeared and she aggressively asked me what did I think I was doing. I said thru g to check into my room. She calmed down and checked me in. She said she had to take a pillow to a room . She should have left a note. I’d like a full refund for this stay.

The property was the perfect location for visiting our daughter who attends Delaware Valley University! Brian at the Front Desk checked us in and could not have been nicer! The hotel has a very homey and welcoming feeling. Our room was very nice and cozy! The breakfast was super truly enjoyed! Thank you Hampton Inn Doylestown! ❤️

I was in town for a wedding, so I didn't have time to evaluate the property characteristics that you mention above. My only concern was that the Direct TV service was not working on my 2nd night's stay. It wasn't a big problem, but I wanted to mention it.
