We booked a non-smoking room but ended up with smoking room. The room wasnt that bad. Saw a small roach. Other than that our stay was good.

The room are clean, all property clean. The stuff are professional and very friendly.

We waited 15 mins in the check in area until someone arrived to help us

We always appreciate the feedback so we know where we can improve. However, according to our records, you did not show up for your reservation. So I'm not sure where you experienced bugs in your presence. We do not appreciate false reviews like this one and would have hoped you could have stayed in our hotel so we could have received honest feedback.
