This is an amazing spa/hotel, and the guest service and food are second to none. From the time you walk into the hotel to the time you leave - your experience as a guest is exceptional. We stayed 4 nights and will definitely back next year for another spa experience. The food prepared by the owner/chef Christian was a strong 5-Stars. Service as well, from the reception (Andrea) to our waiter (Milan) - nothing but top-notch service! We strongly recommend anyone looking for a family managed spa/hotel that puts the clients first and provides service from the heart - give it a try - you won't be disappointed.

The hotel is in terrific condition throughout. Owners are delightful, friendly, courteous and efficient. The food offerring is exquisite and gastronomic. One of the loveliest hotels we have stayed at. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Wonderful hotel for a ski break to St Anton
Posted 6 Mar 2022 on HotelsWe had a wonderful stay at Hotel Gridlon. The staff were very accommodating and the food (especially the dinner) was fantastic. Only negative was the number of young children in the swimming pools which made the spa slightly less relaxing but was not a big issue. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Transfer to slopes was quick and efficient. Afternoon tea when we got back was a great addition and the bar area is very cosy with nice views of the mountains.

Pros: Wellness spa and outdoor heated pool amongst the snow.
5 star facilities, excellent food and competitive pricing. Great shuttle service to ski area.

Going to Saint Anton, go to the Gridlon.
Posted 15 Mar 2016 on HotelsI don't generally do reviews, but the Gridlon was super. Well run, well organised, great staff - helpful, courteous, polite, clearly well trained.
This hotel is a family business and it shows, they care and they certainly give value for money.
As for the food and dining - brilliant. You could not find better in some expensive resteraunts. The owner is also the head chef.
If St Anton is your choice for skiing, this hotel is just a few minuites away further along the valey, but it is worth that short commute.
Would we visit again? Most certainly, at the drop of a hat!
