A fantastic place to stay

The staff are friendly and very responsive.
The spa and wellness area is world-class standard.
The outdoor swimming area was fantastic and overall the whole experience was a great four days.
They have a bowling alley and outdoor cinema one of the nights Which was great fun.

The organisation needs to be improved
Posted 31 Oct 2022 on HotelsWe were there 2nd time. This time a room wasn't so cleas as the first time. It wasn't pleasent to have hair on the floor in a bathroom. Also shower were leaking so water could be everywhere. The rest like last time - the weakest point - the reception - English very poor, we booked a table in the restaurant - it wasn't arranged. Breakfast was very good and constant lack of plates and cups was iritating. Everybody was doing somenting but nobody was thinging about the overall. Organisation poor. Wellness absolutely great including staff and all facilities. For wellness I will come back.

Posted 1 Jan 2020 on HotelsThis hotel is very beautiful! The room was clean and very nice. I travel the world, and I can honestly say that I slept the best on their beds. If they weren’t closed for New Year’s Eve, I would have stayed longer.
Also, the breakfast was way better than I expected. There setup was very nice! I would definitely recommend staying here!

A nice stay with little hiccups

However, the massage facilities did not have a nice atmosphere and private changing facilities were missing in the massage area. I also did not get the massage I ordered. The restaurant had few food choices and was overpriced. The breakfast was wonderful. In the adjoining village there are no attractions.

We stayed there many times, its just beautiful and very spacious rooms and the best breakfast !!!!
