"I am only 5”3 so the pod is very comfortable for me with legroom to spare and able to flip around comfortably. The capsule is quite sound proof you may hear occasionally movement or door but in general I was able to 😴 well.There are a combination of electric outlet usb and usb- C . I was able to charge my laptop, phone and watch at the same time. The staff were friendly and helpful! The toilets and shower are super spacious but there are no cleaning tools like toilet brush or a water wiper to clean up after yourself. There are cleaning crew in the morning but you can’t really control what the guests do. Tips: bring your own shower flip flop, and ear plugs if the environment to be completely quiet to fall asleep. This place definitely worth the £50-60 per night for its offer and location- shopping restaurants pubs and live theater- you don’t hear thing in the hotel even the area is so loud!"

"Excellent accommodation small but had everything needed. Great for train stations and access to underground. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and out easy. Excellent breakfast. Think charging for left luggage could be dropped. All round good value for money hotel"

"The staff made the stay even better, I woke with a sore throat and the staff in the Langham Club made me honey, ginger , lemon and mint tea. Delicious and thoughtful. This is just an example of their exceptional helpful and nice. The food was delicious and the room was lovely x"

"The frosted glass wall shielding the bathroom should be more opaque as one can easily she the silhouette of whomever is in there. It wouldn’t need to be the whole glass wall just knee to head. A toilet brush should be provided. A few paper cups should be provided."
