"The room was so much bigger than we thought. bed was so so so cozy, the carpet is usually not ideal but it felt SO nice on our feet after walking through london all day. location was great and right beside warren station!"

"Our stay at the Strand Palace was excellent! We were only there for a short time but the staff clearly go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and gave a true luxury experience. Anthony the doorman was a stand out and was so lovely!"

"We were very comfortable - the only issue was with whoever serviced the room: it was done promptly, and the beds were made very nicely and the trash was taken out, but towels weren't fully replaced (hand towels and bathmat were taken but not replaced) dirty coffee cups and spoons were left in the room, coffee supplies weren't replenished and a window was left open, letting in flies and allowing the room to get overly warm. The tissue box was also empty and there was less than half a roll of toilet paper. It looked like whoever was servicing the room just didn't finish the job. Otherwise, our stay was very good. The front desk staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Our room was quiet, we enjoyed the great water pressure (once we figured out how to use the shower) and comfortable beds. I'd recommend this hotel and would stay again! Very convenient to the tube in a very nice neighborhood. 😁"

"Stayed for one night in a double room with a window. No complaints with anything, the hotel was quiet and clean. The room was a comfortable size for an overnight stay. The air-conditioning worked well and the coloured mood lighting in the room was a nice touch. I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room but coffee and tea are available in the hotel and better still the hotel bar looked fantastic. Checking in was fairly simple and checking out couldn't have beeen easier."

"Good location. Clean Good breakfast but the smallest rooms on the planet. Could hardly fit my case in. Bathroom tiniest. Toilet struggled to flush properly Were no batteries in remote for tv. Not my cup of tea but for a light carry on overnight stay - good . "

"The room was clean, however very run down and out dated. The tile in the shower was cracked. Water pressure would knock you off your feet one day and do nothing the next. Sometimes lava hot sometimes ice cold. The staff was VERY disgruntled every time we talked to them. They did not clean the room more than 2 of the 8 nights and we had to ask for clean towels anytime we needed them. "
