I really like that the property is on the river with a nice view. I also like the pool, sauna and hot tub.

Staff were absolutely wonderful -very friendly Although construction happening - it was paused for the busy weekend. Gorgeous river view rooms with nice courtyard. Really liked lots of plugs in room. Very accommodating to dance competition families. Only criticism is we could not cancel 1 out of three nights.

Fridge in our room wasn’t very cold the first night, second night it was too cold and froze our food. Although there is no temp adjustment on the fridge. Room was ok, slightly outdated hotel overall. Hallways had a strange smell to them. Checked the fitness area out but barely any equipment to do a workout and it smelt badly like ciggerettes. Pool was dirty in the bottom. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We booked a room with 2 Queen beds. Travelling with granddaughter and great granddaughter. The shower wouldn't work so they moved us at 11:00 pm to a room with 1 bed and a sofa bed which I slept in and gave the bed to Other 2. It was hard as a rock and very thin top cover so cold all night. The bathroom door wouldn’t close shut. Supposedly an Executive Room.Very disappointing to someone like myself who has travelled extensively. We were given 2 free breakfast tickets for our inconvenience but lousy buffet.

Great stay with my family. The pool was perfect temperature and really cool to swim from inside to outside even in the middle of winter.
