I came to Luxembourg from another country just to attend a concert. I contacted Le Rodbar about my troubles getting there from the city during the day but noone answered so I went there in person to discuss the options because it was too late to cancel the booking. They told me there's no way I can come to my room after 21:30 because I am the only person in the building. I asked for WIFI password, it didn't work. I asked for a verified taxi numbers but they didn't have any. They told me I can find accommodation somewhere else but they can't give me my money back. I asked for breakfast included in the price to eat it for the dinner. It was a chocolate bun, juice and coffee. I said I want to see the room and take a shower and I will leave. Window was open in the room so it was freezing inside. Shower was outside the room and water in the shower was cold. It looked like I am really the only guest there. It was a pub on the first floor and cold rooms on the second floor. The building is situated by noisy dirty road and it took more than 4 minutes to get to nearest bus stop. You have to pass several gas stations to get there. Lady at the receptom was nice and she spoke English but there was a man saying all those things how I can't come after 9:30 PM to this lady in French and she just translated it to me. This man didn't even look at me so I felt like I was bothering. I paid 95 EUROS for snack and shower and zero willingness to help. It took more than hour to get to to the city
