The hotel and staff were lovely! The rooftop bar and pool are fabulous, with great views. It is right next to a main freeway, which is convenient for transportation but not so great for air quality.

Sheraton PJ was excellent - as always. Spacious, spotless and comfortable rooms. Quality amenities were provided. Parking the rental car was a breeze. Check-in staff were professional and efficient. Gym facilities were great and were accompanied by a lovely view. Breakfast staff were friendly and attentive - thanks especially to Jo for making us feel so welcome! The hotel is in a good location if you're travelling by car around PJ and KL - really easy access to the Federal Highway. Thanks Sheraton for another enjoyable stay!

Easily some of the best service at this hotel. A little inconvenient to other locations in KL until you realise the MRT is a short walk across the street from the garage.

Amazing hotel

This hotel has excellent room conditions – very clean with comfortable bedding, a clean bathroom, and convenient sofas. The water pressure is good, and the hairdryer is powerful. The breakfast offers a variety of options, and it's pleasant to eat with fewer people around. The Teh Tarik at the entrance is genuinely delicious; among many I've tried, it's rich and tasty. Two downsides: Even when completely closing the windows, some wind-like noise is audible. I'm not sensitive to it, so I slept well. Also, when ordering Nasi Lemak and Fish & Chips through room service, the food took quite a long time to arrive, and the taste was disappointing. A colleague who ordered a sandwich also found it unappealing. It's puzzling why room service doesn't match the quality of the breakfast buffet. If you don't use room service, there's nothing to be disappointed about – it's a very good hotel.

I was disappointed with the standards at this Sheraton. A 5* hotel but there seems to be a lack of good management and thus a staff that lacked confidence and excellence. On a physical note, the use of sateen mix duvet covers instead of the usual 5* crisp cotton is a terrible idea! Sateen holds smells and is too warm for comfort, it also looks shabby quickly with nicks and snags. Several things in the room (club lounge access) didn't work ....TV channels, telephone, USB charge port etc. This is just simple maintenance and that is why I conclude it must be a management problem trickling down through to all staff. I tried to extend my 5night stay and was met with hostility and so I checked out. Very weird and unusual for a Sheraton!
