The room was clean and the staff was really courteous and friendly from beginning to end!! The breakfast was tasty and always warm.
Unfortunately, the pool was under construction, so there was not much to do. Also, there was no shuttle system and so the stay turned out more expensive because I had to use taxi to get around. I did ask about the shuttle and they said they had it running before covid. I think the hotel will gain 5 star from me if the shuttle was up and running to drop and pick up guests at the main malls at least twice day or upon request.
