All were excellent, The only difficulty we had was locating the property as neither our car nor phone gps could find. We were eventually aided by a friendly plumber who lead us to it. Would certainly recommend.

This hotel was a real gem. We booked for 4 people and had a great suite with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen/living area with a sofa bed - great for a family with older teens who prefer not to share! Pool and surroundings were lovely, breakfast tasty and staff friendly and helpful. Food was very good but not a lot of options for very fussy eaters, however plenty of options nearby (by car). I would love to come back here!

The owners are very engaged in the day to day maintenance and operations of the inn (grounds, facilities, services). They are also very active in a number of programs to enhance the properties look and services features (such as the addition of a cabana refreashments area near the pool). The location of the in is ideal for quick local trips into Perugia and motorways to other cities in Umbria and Tuscany. The supportstaffare very courteous and helpful. The cleaning team does an excellent daily job - tailored to the guests requests.

This hotel would be great for families stopping in for for a respite during a road trip. It was not too far off the highway and also not too far from city center. The beds were okay - and it definitely has a “budget” feel which seemed it was appropriate for the cost. It’s nothing fancy for sure. The pool was very nice. The location could be slightly loud at times due to noise of cars driving by. Our biggest complaint is that the property was under extreme renovation when we went; Orbitz did say that the hotel may be undergoing renovation, however, this was MAJOR construction with wires everywhere, heavy machinery, unsafe walking conditions, rubble everywhere, and the hotel should not have been open and allowed to serve guests during this time. Breakfast was awful to sit with the sound of heave construction machinery at 8am. We had stopped in for a rest along our road trip, but if I had been there to relax and unwind for more than 1 night, we would have had to find other accommodations. The staff were mostly friendly but could definitely put a little more effort into the small points of customer service - nobody was there to greet us at check in for 5 minutes, then in the morning they offered breakfast but didn’t provide any kind of information on what we could choose from. I also did write the hotel asking for a chocolate shop recommendation and never got a response. Overall the hotel served its purpose and we had a mostly restful nights sleep.

Non riusciamo a capire, visto che i punteggi sono diversi per ogni sito, se 5 sia un punteggio basso oppure 5 su 5 sia il punteggio massimo. In entrambi i casi suggeriamo di scrivere le proprie osservazioni per permettere ad una recensione di assolvere al suo compito principale, informare i prossimi clienti di quello che si trova. dare un voto basso e non dire nulla non aiuta ne il cliente a scegliere, ne la struttura a migliorare... grazie comunque..

The location was convenient, 10 minutes drive to the centre of Perugia and only 15 minutes from the airport in Perugia. The owner who does the cooking does not speak English and trying to explain what we wanted for breakfast for our small child was impossible. The food is a bit expensive and they automatically charge E4 service for a tiny order. This may be standard for Italy. We could hear a lot of noise from the owner's residence from our room. No complimentary water for the room. Our car broke down and the owner's husband charged us a taxi fee to take us to the garage in town to replace the car. We won't be returning.
